UK 2-3 days via Royal Mail

How do I determine the correct size for my child?

Please use a ruler and measure from heel to big toe. Add an additional 0,5 to 1 cm (0.25- 0.50 inches) for extra room to wiggle and grow. If you’re in between sizes, please size up.

Do you provide a size chart?

What should I do if the shoes don't fit properly?

Please read our Return&Exchanges policy. You have 14 days for doing that.  Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

What materials are your shoes made of?

Italian guneune leather or suede.

Do you offer any specific features or technologies in your products?

We make reusable leather material and make accessories. That’s mean all leftovers after making your shoes go to reuse and doesn't pollute planet.

Yes. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How should I clean and care for the shoes?

Clean your moccasins, use a soft brush or cloth to remove any loose dirt, dust, or debris. Gently brush or wipe the surface of the leather to avoid scratching it.

Are there any specific instructions for hats?
