Returns:
You may return an item if it meets the following criteria:
- The item is unworn and unwashed.
- The item is returned with the original tags and packaging intact.
- The item is free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage.
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return instructions and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that your item meets the return criteria mentioned above.
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your return request.
- Once approved, securely package the item with all original tags and packaging.
Please note that the return package must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. Payments will be refunded to the original PayPal account used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your PayPal processing time.
